FAQs

Shipping

Original artwork orders are shipped fully insured and tracked using Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Parcelforce Worldwide.

On dispatch you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

All work will be carefully and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.  Work will be dispatched from the studio within 14 days of the order being placed unless otherwise stated.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid on arrival in the destination country.

This varies by country, and the buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. Please do check before placing your order. Thank you.

Returns

I hope you will be very happy with your painting.  However, if a return is necessary then please contact me via email as soon as possible.

Paintings must be returned within 14 days of receipt via recorded delivery and received in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent.   On receipt you will receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost).

Returns and refunds are not currently possible on paintings shipped outside of the EU.

Teaching and Workshops

Alongside my studio practice I work as an Associate Lecturer at Exeter School of Art and Plymouth University.  From time to time I also run bespoke workshops for other arts organisations, individuals and small groups.  Please email me if you have any questions about teaching opportunities.
